100 gr krecek/krupuk kulit matang
500 ml santan
500 gr tempe, potong dadu
2 lbr daun salam
2 potong lengkuas, geprek
15 buah cabe rawit
Bumbu halus:
15 bawang merah
2 bawang putih
4 cabe merah
1/2 sdt trasi
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula merah
Cara membuat:
1. Tumis bumbu halus, masukkan tempe.
2. Masukkan santan sampai tempe matang.
3. Masukkan krecek sampai meresap. Angkat. (4 porsi)
